About Sunday School Office

Sunday School Office was created by Pastor Shannon Eaton out of a practical need within local church ministry. After years of tracking attendance, managing class rolls, following up with visitors, and preparing reports through spreadsheets and paper records, it became clear that a simpler solution was needed.

Many church management systems are powerful, but they often include features that Sunday School leaders do not need and can be difficult for volunteers to learn. Sunday School Office was designed specifically for Sunday School ministry, focusing on the tools that teachers and directors use most.

The goal is simple: help churches stay organized, care for members, follow up with visitors, and spend less time on administration and more time on ministry.

Sunday School Office includes tools for attendance tracking, class management, visitor follow-up, member care, teacher reporting, and director reporting—all within an easy-to-use interface designed with church volunteers in mind.

This project was not created by a software company. It was developed by a pastor who understands the unique challenges of Sunday School ministry and wanted to provide a practical resource for churches.
